Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Embedded Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a critical role in the development of embedded software solutions for cutting-edge medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality products that positively impact patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for medical devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, mechanical, and system engineers
- Write efficient, reliable, and reusable code in C/C++ for embedded platforms
- Contribute to software architecture and system integration for real-time embedded systems
- Conduct software verification, validation, and unit testing in accordance with IEC 62304
- Support design documentation and risk management activities per ISO 13485 and ISO 14971
- Debug hardware/software integration issues using appropriate tools and methods
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in the medical device domain
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming and real-time embedded systems
- Experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, and hardware-software interfacing
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle in regulated environments
- Knowledge of medical standards such as IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with wireless communication protocols BLE, NFC
- Familiarity with version control systems Git and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Experience in developing software under Agile or V-model process

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Development Engineer to join our Medical Technology team, with a focus on plastic injection molding. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products and components in a regulated environment, collaborating across disciplines and suppliers to bring high-quality medical products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new products and components in the field of medical technology
- Design, model, and dimension parts and assemblies using 3D CAD (preferably SolidWorks)
- Work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and with external suppliers/manufacturing partners
- Independently plan and conduct test series, including verification and validation activities
- Manage sampling processes for plastic components and prepare detailed assessments and evaluations
- Create and maintain manufacturing, testing, and development documentation in compliance with EN ISO 13485 standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field
- Practical knowledge of plastic injection molding and plastics processing techniques

You will develop and implement complex algorithms to process sensor data, communicate with embedded medical devices over Bluetooth/IoT, and transmit data for cloud-based analysis. Your work will directly support the development of critical real-time health monitoring systems that help save lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust Android applications for real-time health monitoring
- Implement complex data processing and filtering algorithms to interpret sensor input
- Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication with medical-grade sensors/devices
- Handle secure data transmission to IoT/cloud platforms for analytics and remote monitoring

Required Qualifications:

- Understanding of real-time data processing, multi-threading, and algorithm implementation on mobile platforms
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, MQTT, or other IoT data transmission protocols
- Solid knowledge of Android architecture components (ViewModel, LiveData, Jetpack libraries)
- Awareness of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in healthcare applications
